MultimediaSigma Phi Epsilon Frat detroyed in Fire - Slideshow - May 13, 2008 A fire destroyed the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity house at 237 Langdon St. early Tuesday May 13, 2008. The 25 residents are safe, but three firefighters were injured and two were transported to area hospitals. Firefighters extinguished the fire at 2:28 a.m. The fire destroyed the house and caused $750,000 in damages, according to a Madison Fire Department release.
